Reservations are made through our website using a prepayment system.
The show begins at 7:30 PM, with no tolerance for late arrivals, and lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. We recommend arriving up to 15 minutes in advance so you can enjoy the full experience.
Reservation cancellations are only possible up to 3 days (72 hours) before the dinner date, with no additional costs. For cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the experience, 50% of the amount will be refunded. In case of no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, the full amount per person paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.
